Raised in New Hanover County. I’ve been married just over 36 years, and my wife, Laura, and I have 4 daughters. I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 1997 and I am Broker\Owner of Barfield and Associates Realty.
I served as a New Hanover County Commissioner for seventeen years and served as chair and vice chair on numerous occasions. I have been a licensed minister since 2004 and I enjoy reading, golf, and a good cigar.
