Duke team provides insights into the microbiome and metabolome of pediatric obesity

A team of Duke investigators with colleagues at Northwestern University have provided the first insights into the Pediatric Obesity Microbiome and Metabolism Study (POMMS) which explores relationships between the clinical, microbiome, and metabolomic features observed in pediatric obesity and weight loss intervention in Duke’s Healthy Lifestyles Clinic.  The new report can be found here.
