The Communicators Mentorship Program, with support from the Duke Diversity Action Alliance, provides funding to support informal interactions between mentorship partners in the 2024-2025 session.
Each mentorship pair can request reimbursement for up to $50 during the 2024-2025 program cycle. These funds should be used to meet with your mentorship partner (ex. lunches, coffee, breakfast) and can include taxes, tips or fees incurred. These funds cannot be used for alcoholic beverages or any other unrelated program expenses such as supplies, tickets, or parking.
When you and your mentorship partner meet for coffee or a meal, save your receipt and submit your expense using this form to receive instructions for receiving reimbursement.
*This $50 support is available for each mentorship pair, not $50 for each individual participating in the program.
