Exploring Motion Planning and Computer Vision Strategies for the Future of Drink Service

Motivation

Welcome to the main page for the final project UR5e “Bot-tender,” conducted in the fall of 2022. Our aim is to create a system that integrates motion planning and computer vision with the technical knowledge and skills learned in our Introduction to Robotics class, including ROS, Gazebo, and RViz. Our physical systems included a UR5e arm, an RGBD D415 Intel camera, a Robotiq 2F-85 gripper, and 3D printed bottles and cups.
