Faculty Advisor: Dr. Jeffrey T. Glass
Jeffrey T. Glass is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering with a secondary appointment as a Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science at Duke University. He is the Faculty Director of Duke’s Master of Engineering Management Program and also holds the Hogg Family endowed chair in Engineering Management and Entrepreneurship. Formerly, he was the Co-Director of The Institute for the Integration of Management and Engineering at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) and held the Joseph F. Toot, Jr. endowed chair in the Case School of Engineering. Jeff received his Bachelors and Masters degrees from Johns Hopkins University, and a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Virginia. He also received an MBA from Duke University’s Global Executive (GEMBA) program.

Saket Agrawal graduate from Duke University’s Master of Engineering Management program with an extensive experience in conducting technical and economic analysis studies to improve processes, develop business foresight and assist strategic decision making. Proven track record of influencing strategy for Fortune 100 companies, government organization, startups and non-profits using insights derived from data. Possesses strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value within challenging deadlines. Self-motivated and always on the lookout for ways to learn and create value for clients.
Alum Advisor: Sreeram Bhargav Dhurjati

Sreeram is passionate about bringing innovative and future-shaping technologies to market and scale, accelerating the world’s shift towards cleaner forms of energy. Prior to joining Duke in 2015, he worked with a French MNC, ALSTOM wherein he was responsible for the design of automation logics for a thermal power plant. He graduated from National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar, India in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering. As a Business Development Analyst Intern, he is currently exploring the policy viability of new business models for Level Solar Inc. by evaluating net metering models for community solar, multi-family buildings, housing associations, LMI housing and on-site energy storage. Apart from the work he takes-up, he is passionate about cooking and loves reading fiction.
