Ray attends the AAAS CASE Workshop in DC!

Raymond was amongst the 4 Duke attendees who were selected by Duke School of Medicine/Trinity School of Arts and Science to participate in the Catalyzing Advocacy in Science and Engineering workshop by the American Association for the Advancement of Science in Washington, D.C. in March 24-27, 2019. He learned about science policy, advocacy for science, and how Congress actually works. Ray was also able to meet with some NC Congressional staffers and advocate for science funding!
