It gives me pleasure to write about Marilyn Toney, a valuable team member at Patient Services, Duke Health and Fitness Center. Marilyn has been exhibiting great qualities – discipline, hard work, empathy, kindness, and following through and effectively and efficiently supporting needs of members who use the DHFC on Erwin Road. It is a difficult job to manage requests of members with resources.
