Jessica has been instrumental in establishing a brand new teaching program for Duke Research staff. She has translated the gobbledygook in my head into a well-run, organized, easy to evaluate series of classes for the research community. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and educational design expertise are outstanding and she is always incredibly friendly, professional and pleasant. She takes on every new task with a big smile on her face and never complains. It has been my very distinct pleasure to work with her over the past 18 months. She is a true asset to the Duke research community and we are lucky to have her guiding our training endeavors.
