Lunch & Learn: Need a Performance Review Refresher? Join us!

We held a Lunch & Learn session on "Best Practices in Performance Management" on June 19th and 20th.

Senior Practitioner, Don Shortslef presented a brief session on setting SMART goals, delivering effective feedback and coaching and planning and facilitating performance reviews at Duke Raleigh Hospital Campus on June 19th and again at Duke North on June 20th.
