Prospective Students

As one of the top universities in the world, Duke provides many wonderful opportunities available in the areas of academics, extracurricular involvement, athletics, the arts, and much more. There are many ways to learn more about these aspects of Duke (may we suggest the official website, www.duke.edu.) However, the best way to find out what it is like to be LDS at Duke is to hear from the Duke students themselves!

Although a small group, Duke boasts a tight-knit group of LDS undergraduate and graduate students who interact together closely and often. In fact, since being an LDS student at Duke is such a singularly unique experience, the resulting closeness and sense of community has fostered many lifelong friendships.

The Duke LDSSA is a very active group with a variety of both planned and spontaneous events. Whether we are studying in a common space, grabbing a meal in WU, going to a swing dance workshop, gathering at an apartment for General Conference, or attending a regional YSA activity, the Duke LDSSA students are always up to something fun!
