The Partnership for a Healthy Durham Health and Housing Committee will meet on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 8:30 am in the second floor Conference Room B of the Durham County Human Services Building, 414 E. Main St., Durham, North Carolina.
The Communications Committee will conduct its communications needs assessment. The participants will also discuss the upcoming Community Health Assessment listening sessions in the Spring of 2020. The committee is trying to figure out how to structure them and what data/information committees need.
