Durham County adults who are disabled or 60 years and older can apply for the Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP) December 1 through December 31, 2017.
LIEAP will be available to all Durham County residents January 2 through March 31, 2018.
Applications will be accepted at 220 E. Main St. (the former Durham County Department of Social Services Building) Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
