I may have gotten a different vantage point, but I did not move any furniture or other items. To keep things especially fair, I’ve down-sampled my images to the same resolution or smaller.
If you were browsing houses online, which place would you want to see? Good photography can make a tremendous difference. White balance, composition, and proper exposure go a long way in making an impression.

More and more people search online for their next homes. The visual challenge is knowing what feature to highlight. Which single image invites someone to look further? My image on the right showcases the house’s architectural roofline, natural light, and the expansive outdoor seating. Both of these photos were taken on days with clear skies.

Don’t undo all of your hard work cleaning, culling and staging by posting dingy photos. Show off your brilliant whites and clean floors. Present your property in the best way possible.

- Clean and crisp finishing
- Flattering angles
- Appropriate lens selection for landscape or detail shots
