Katie Ridgway is a senior political science major with a certificate in marine science and conservation. As a Duke Rachel Carson Scholar, her research interest is how political institutions shape environmental policy. Upon graduation, she will commission as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy. Her long term aspiration is practicing environmental law.
