About: Imagine an efficient, proven process to increase wellness and build resilience. Expressive writing is such a process and promises to help manage the challenges of our complex lives, including high stress, decreasing immune function, increasing chronic symptoms, deteriorating health, grief and overcoming trauma. It has been proven to increase immunity, improve overall health, and subsequently improve quality of life. So, if you’re feeling stressed out, have undergone major life stressors, are feeling down and are looking for a way to express yourself, come join the Expressive Writing Fall Series! This is a 6-week long series and its purpose is to allow you to open up your heart, be vulnerable and write freely without the constraints of grammar and structure. Research has shown that expressive writing is known to decrease depression, stress, rumination and increase resilience. No writing experience is necessary for this series! Come join renowned Expressive Writing coach, John Evans, on this journey of self-discovery.

RSVP carolina.robledo to confirm which date(s) you’ll be attending and your dietary restrictions. It is recommended you try to attend the whole six weeks, but it is not required. Walk-ins are also welcomed!
