**COVID-19 Update: Until activities on campus are resumed, we will not schedule any groups to use the GPSC House.**

About the GPSC House

Graduate and professional students can use the GPSC House for meetings and small events (to accommodate up to 20 people). The house has a meeting room and a yard. It is equipped with a monitor, whiteboard, refrigerator, outdoor grill, and a variety of outdoor games.

How to Reserve the House

Before applying to reserve the house, review the GPSC House Use Guidelines for information on how the house can be used and what events are likely to be approved.

Make sure your group is registered and has an active registration in DukeGroups. Only registered groups will be allowed to reserve the house for events. Find instructions on how to register or re-register here.

Please note that requests to rent the GPSC house are processed in the order in which they are received, and the time you have chosen may not be available by the time your request is processed.

  1. Make sure the house is available at your desired date & time by checking the GPSC House Availability Calendar.
  2. Fill out the application at least two weeks (14 days) before your event date.
  3. Applicants will be informed by the Director of Operations about the status of their application. Decisions are final, but applicants may reapply
