I’m Megan, a writer for Duke’s Marketing, Communications & Stewardship team within Alumni Engagement and Development and now, once again, a student. I’m half Taiwanese and Hungarian and grew up in the cultural mix of South Florida, specifically Miami. I earned my B.A. in English with a minor in Writing from Wake Forest University in 2022. Outside of higher education, I co-own a vintage designer shop with a fellow Wake alumna, curating and sourcing pieces from around the world. I spend about six weeks each year in Tokyo visiting my sister and love traveling anywhere that lets me experience new cultures.
