I know it’s summer and everyone is (should) be watching the World Cup (although both France and Algeria are already out of the competition), but I thought I would post a link to an article in New York Times. The Spanish Senate has made a big step towards banning the burqa from public spaces, but the article touches on some similar measures from other European countries.
