Summary: I attended the 2022 International Genetically Engineered Machines (iGEM) Grand Jamboree Conference in Paris, France. We shared our research project, NODES: Novel Organoid-dependent Drug Efficacy Screening, with teams 350+ teams representing over 40 countries, and were awarded a silver medal. Learn more about our project here Through this experience, I learned how teams across the world approach synthetic biology and work together to engineer better medicines.
