Job Description

  1. Market Research Intern for Adaptive Learning App

Our team has built a language learning flashcard game, InteLearner for language teachers to boost their students’ vocabulary in an effective and engaging way. While the product is ready to be used, it is yet to be piloted with actual language teachers to determine its actual effectiveness and engagement. The Market Research intern will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and executing pilot projects with new customers.

Main Responsibilities

  1. To oversee market assessment of new product.
  2. To identify new customers for pilot projects.
  3. To secure pilot projects with potential customers.
  4. To onboard new customers.
  5. To collect and communicating feedback from teachers to the product and development team.
  6. The duration for this graduate trainee / internship opportunity will be for a minimum of 6 months, with the possibility of converting to a full-time employment after completion based on outstanding performance.

Salary / Duration

  1. Content Writing Intern

​Apart from providing educators with a software, Intedashboard (www.intedashboard.com) that automates the team-based learning grading process and provides real time feedback, we strive to value-add by sharing the good practices of team-based learning through the InteDashboard blog (https://www.blog.intedashboard.com/). The Content Writer will be responsible for developing relevant blog posts on a regular basis.

Meanwhile, we will be launching a new version of InteDashboard, hence the Content Writer is also responsible for developing a set of user guides to be published on our help centre to help answer the FAQs from our customers. This will potentially involve creating video tutorials to guide users on setting up a course on InteDashboard.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Writing content for the InteDashboard Blog.
  2. Writing guest posts for other blogs about Team-Based Learning or Active Learning.
  3. Tracking marketing metrics and iterating on our content strategy with the goal of producing content that is more engaging, relevant and leads to more conversions.
  4. Writing user guides for the new version of InteDashboard to help InteDashboard users learn how to use the new version of our product.
  5. The duration for this graduate trainee / internship opportunity will be for a minimum of 6 months, with the possibility of converting to a full-time employment after completion based on outstanding performance.

Main Requirements

  1. Attention to detail: As someone who will be consistently writing content that is read by educators across the world, we care about the content being clean and free from grammar errors, spelling issues, spacing issues, and etc.
  2. Communication skills: You will be spending half your time communicating in writing, and the other half communicating with members of the product team. Therefore, it is critical for you to be well-versed in putting thoughts into words and communicate their message effectively across to both our customers and team members.
  3. Willingness to learn and teach: Everyone is a work in progress, and we especially appreciate people who recognize that and are always striving to learn from the people around them. The InteDashboard team includes people with varying skills and backgrounds who are always excited to learn from and teach those around them.
  4. Fluency in English: We don’t need you to be a native speaker, but we do expect you to be highly proficient in the language.
  5. Academic writing experience: Our customers are professors who spend a lot of their team reading academic papers. If you have written or read academic reports before, you already understand the language of our customers!
  6. Digital marketing experience preferred: We are consistently trying to iterate our content strategy by understanding what content is getting the most views and clicks. Therefore, experience in SEO, content distribution, social media and using blogging softwares like Wix or WordPress will be preferred.

Salary / Duration

SGD800 – SGD1000 per month / 5-days week. Minimum commitment of 6 months, with the opportunity of converting into full time position based on performance evaluation.
