What will you be doing?

In this internship you will work directly with our VP of Customer Success and Customer Success Managers to increase customer onboarding velocity in our product. You will take ownership of the formating, importing, and maintaining of our product catalog. The accuracy of the product catalog is the foundation for creating a delightful product experience for our client base. As part of this internship you will get to make product improvement recommendations and to participate in the daily operations of our company, including daily standups, leadership meetings and sprint innovation sessions.

What you bring to the table

  • Eagerness to jump into an early stage B2B SaaS product, understand product development at the ground floor level and drastically improve the onboarding velocity of CureMint’s growing client base
  • Desire to learn the tech stack that helps us build our organization and product including Asana, Hubspot and the CureMint software
  • Attention to the smallest of details while maintaining the overall product and project strategy
  • Strong Google Sheets/Excel skills
  • Enjoy talking about food 🙂

There will be a monthly stipend for this position. There are distributed and in office work options (in our American Underground office). We are especially interested in women and applicants of color.

Norwalk, CT – Remedy Partners – Client Analytics Internship

Our Client Analytics Services team is hiring for an intern for Summer 2019! The internship will run 10 weeks starting in early June, be based out of our Norwalk, CT office and pay $20/hr.

What will you do?
As an intern on the Client Analytic Services team, you will support a strategic analytic initiative to develop new reporting packets for distribution to our partners. This will include the following:

*Review existing reports and supporting materials to identify gaps and areas for improvement
*Identify emerging analytic needs of external and internal stakeholders and support technical and analytics teams in providing reports to meet said needs
*Develop executive-level presentations on program performance and focus areas to drive BPCI performance
*Develop program-level information packets on individual bundle performance and drivers of success by bundle
*Develop reporting templates for clinicians identifying key clinical focus areas to drive BPCI performance
*Support Analytics team in streamlining and automating aforementioned reporting efforts

Position Overview:

Given our SAAS-based business model, Customer Success is absolutely vital to our long-term profitability. As such, we need a talented intern to support our senior executives in driving success for our health system customers. This role includes responsibilities for Customer Success activities (e.g., on-boarding, support, services, adoption, advocacy, retention, etc.) and outcomes (e.g., renewals, up-sell, etc.). This role would be working directly with our executive team, reporting to our Chief Medical Officer, to drive growth and product adoption within our customer organizations. This is a paid position.
