Seeking a student research assistant to explore the connection between entrepreneurial mindset and careers. Questions to be answered include: Is the “entrepreneurial mindset” a sought after competency by firms hiring early-career talent? If so, which firms? I&E is seeking a student to support a faculty-led research project to analyze “entrepreneurial mindset” in job postings. The RA must be proficient in either Python or R and have some basic familiarity with natural language processing. Depending on the results of the research, a peer-reviewed publication could be the final output. Initially, the commitment is estimated at ~30 hours, which can be spread flexibly over several weeks/months. Fully remote is possible. Please reach out to Jamie Jones j.n.jones@duke.edu
