We are hiring for 5 positions in summer 2022:

-Sales interns and professionals (With training provided, this is our most coveted, lucrative, and educational position–these spots fill up in early Spring)
-Digital marketing specialists (spots may be filled come January)
-Service professionals (learn environmentally responsible integrated pest management)
-Customer service specialists (learn how to manage and handle customers)
-Administrative support

Compensation:

-Hourly positions are paid $10-18 depending on the position, office, and experience; OT available
-Sales positions have a tiered commission structure
-Sales positions should make no less than $13,000 in a first summer, with those who commit to training often earning over $20,000
-Aptive is happy to review statistical performance of past teams to allow interns and new hires to gauge what they can expect

Timeline:

We recruit through the Fall, and in the Winter/Spring until positions fill (typically early to late February). Our training program begins in January and February and runs through early April. This training program is coveted by other companies (we outperform the closest competitor by 60 percent largely due to our training, along with leadership, resources, and other tools). The sooner people join, the better acquainted they will be with our training program and the more successful they will be in our company.
