Internship: Technical Writing
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product Management, Engineering and Marketing to write and publish high quality product documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Growth, Customer Success, Development, UX, Product) to understand and fill internal and external content gaps
Basic Requirements:
- Demonstrated excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with web and/or mobile technologies
- Familiarity with wiki products
- Focus on quality and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Great interpersonal skills including strong communication and listening abilities

Internship: Product Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Think strategically and creatively to gather product and customer insights and help define the Product Vision and Strategy
- Understand K4Connect’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized as best in class
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Growth, Customer Success, Development, UX, Product)
- Develop Product Roadmaps
- Analyze data around current customer experiences to determine whether we are hitting our metrics and devise suggestions for improvement
- Drive Development by building end to end solutions with a team of world-class Engineers and Designers
- Define measurable success metrics for the solutions
Basic Requirements:
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field from an accredited college or university
- Ability to translate product needs to technology and to understand technology
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Great interpersonal skills including strong communication and listening abilities
- Ability to drive consensus within a high paced startup environment
