Young Founders Institute (YFI) is an early-stage startup shaping the next generation of builders and innovators. YFI works with schools across the country to provide teen entrepreneurship programs with curriculum, workshops, club opportunities, and more. YFI’s programs are grounded in design thinking, lean startup, nail it then scale it, SPIN selling, and a number of other entrepreneurial models. We use these methodologies to teach students how to create value through real-world experiences of company building. The core responsibilities of this position are 1) to cultivate deep and valuable relationships with educational partners (schools, non-profit organizations, and others) from initial contact to conversion, 2) implementation of workshops, curriculum, and clubs, and 3) facilitation of hour-long to full-day workshops developed by YFI’s curriculum designer.
