Contrary is a university-focused venture capital fund backed by founding members from Facebook, Tesla, Reddit, and more. We invest up to $500k in the brightest university entrepreneurs, and our portfolio companies to date have raised money from top-tier investors like Sequoia and SV Angel. The investing team spans 100+ student investors across 40 schools, and we’re looking for new student Venture Partners to join the Contrary family! As a Venture Partner, you’ll seek out the best startups students are working on, make investment decisions about them, and mentor some of the top entrepreneurs in the country.
