Gabrielle Séjourné, BA
MD/PhD Student
Gabi received her bachelor’s degree in Physics from Harvard College. During college and as a postgraduate research assistant, she worked in the lab of Dr. Chris Walsh at Boston Children’s Hospital, where she studied genetic mechanisms of human cerebral cortex development. As a student in Duke’s Medical Scientist Training Program (MSTP), Gabi remains interested in the molecular underpinnings of human neurological disorders. She joined the Eroglu lab in 2022, and her project focuses on intracellular trafficking of astrocyte-secreted factors.
