UPDATE: The patch install went swimmingly with the system coming back into production around 5:00PM. Thank you for your patience.
At the request of the publisher, we will be applying a patch to the University production HCL BigFix instance at 4:00 PM today, March 26. 2024. We’ve already applied the patch to test and development systems without issue. One artifact of the patch will be an error on the BigFix Web Reports interface (shown below) that we’ve been told is only cosmetic and should not affect reporting capabilities. This error will go away once HCL updates some underlying infrastructre files on their end.
