Details:
- Registration is managed by Duke Conference Services.
- You may register yourself and/or other participants.
- Credit cards are preferred and are accepted online.
- Checks may be used for payment. Checks should be made payable to Duke University. Please mail a copy of registration confirmation with payment to: Conference & Event Services, Box 90847, 036 Bryan Center, Durham, NC 27708.
- Registration deadline is Friday, March 29th, 2024
- Participants may cancel before and up to Wednesday, February 21st, 2024 for a full refund. No refunds will be issued after February 21st for 2024. Cancellation requests should be sent to conferenceservices@duke.edu
Technology Requirement:
- Participants should bring a laptop computer with them to the workshop. Smartphones will not suffice. We do not recommend using tablets (e.g., iPads). All workshop materials and documents will be shared virtually. You will be needing a laptop to prepare for your presentations and to read materials.
Language Requirement:
- Please note that the workshop is conducted in English and participation requires English language proficiency.
Tuition:
- $2050 for trainee participants (students, residents, chief residents)
- $2250 for faculty + staff participants

- A limited block of rooms will be reserved at a discounted group rate; your workshop registration confirmation email will contain JB Duke Hotel reservation information.
