Duke Regeneration Center is pleased to announce the first recipient of our new Duke Regeneration Scholar Award. These awards are given to applicants to Duke biomedical PhD programs who have an offer of admission and demonstrate a strong interest in regenerative biology. This year, Mr. Paulo Belato is our awardee. Paulo is currently an undergraduate researcher at the University of Connecticut and will enter the Duke University Program in Genetics and Genomics (UPGG) this fall. The award comes with a one time supplemental stipend of $5,000. Congratulations Paulo!
