My podcast speaks about caste discrimination in the U.S, and particularly in Silicon Valley, the tech capital of the world.

It talks about how caste discrimination has systematically seeped into the U.S, starting from the top tech universities in India, aka IIT (Indian Institute of Technology). A process of affirmative action has created unjustified animosity from the higher caste onto the lower caste. So, when those students move to the U.S seeking high-paying tech jobs in the Valley, they bring that animosity with them.

It can often be seen by how Dalits are treated differently during tech interviews and are not given opportunities to grow within the company, especially when the manager is Indian.
