Joel Boggan, MD, Lawrence Greenblatt, MD, and Laura Caputo, MD, were all recently recognized for their teaching excellence at last week’s Department of Medicine Grand Rounds. Joel Boggan, MD, won the VA teaching award; Laura Caputo, MD was also one of the nominees for this award. This year’s medical students also nominated Lawrence Greenblatt, MD, for the Eugene Stead teaching award, the highest teaching award in the Department of Medicine. This is the seventh time Greenblatt has been nominated for this award. Congratulations to all of these and other GIM faculty educators who have spent countless hours teaching this year’s medical students and residents!
