OUR CLUB HISTORY:
The Duke Advanced Professional Degree Consulting Club (Duke APDCC) was founded in September of 2012 by Jainil Shah, an engineering student seeking to create an organization to provide resources and foster the skills of advanced degree students interested in the field of consulting. Since its inception, Duke APDCC has become the premier and largest graduate consulting club on Duke’s campus.
In the last 8 years, we have hosted multiple nation-wide case competitions with UNC-Chapel Hill(The Duke-UNC Case Competition), attracting students from more than 20 elite universities. In the recent years, we launched our own pro-bono consulting program, bringing the expertise of Duke student consulting teams to serve more than a dozen companies in diverse industries.
Each year, Duke APDCC hosts guest speakers and alumni from top consulting firms in case interview workshops and interview prep workshops, providing networking opportunities with firm representatives.
Our mission is to provide our clients with effective solutions from dedicated collegiate expertise. We also aim to bring consulting capabilities to students of all backgrounds.
