The Association of Microaggressions with Depressive Symptoms and Institutional Satisfaction Among a National Cohort of Medical Students – 02/04/2022

Microaggressions are common and they have a negative effect on people.  In this study of 759 medical students, 61% experienced at least one microaggression every week.  The higher the frequency of microaggressions, the stronger the correlation between depression, and dissatisfaction with medical school.
