All that wheezes…

This ties back to a case of a patient who presented with wheezing, and the patient was found to have a tracheal web causing the symptoms. Here details of the history, physical exam, and PFT’s were reviewed. Recall that wheezing is a sign, not a symptom, is usually noted on expiration- stridor often occurs in inspiration and expirations, and its pitch is usually constant and monophonic.
