Doing More with Written Feedback: Improving Learner Satisfaction and Reflection with the LEAF ( Learner-Engaged Analysis of Feedback) Method – 11/01/2021

This involves a methodology perfected at the Mass General whereby learners are paired with coaches who are trained to look for common themes identified in the learner’s written feedback.  Learners thought this facilitated goal-setting, uncovered some potential blind spots, and improved interpretation of the feedback that they had received.
