A great review of how diseases present differently in the elderly. For instance, when patients older than 75 have pneumonia, only 50% will have a fever or pleuritic chest pain, and many times, the only presenting symptom is a change in cognition.  Also, there is a review of how many of our older patients are quite complex.  Finally, there is an emphasis on the importance of obtaining a history from family members.
