The Humans of DKU Exhibition was held from March 19 to April 5, 2026, at HUM Space (AB1075A). It was curated by students Yesuidari Amarbayasgalan, Byerikbol (Beck) Yerbol, and Avidikhuu Altangerel, under the supervision of Professor Seth Henderson, with support from Bilguun Dugarsuren, and funded by an HRC HUM Space exhibition grant.
The exhibition featured approximately 30 portraits and personal narratives of DKU students, faculty, and staff, presented in their own words. These stories highlighted the diverse and layered experiences within the DKU community, encouraging reflection, connection, and dialogue.
Founded in 2024 by undergraduate student Yesuidari Amarbayasgalan, Humans of DKU aims to reveal the often unseen personal dimensions of community members. The exhibition extended this vision into a shared space of storytelling, where visitor engagement continued through conversations and a confession board filled with handwritten reflections.

This recognition is a meaningful affirmation of the team’s sustained effort in sharing voices, stories, and lived experiences across the DKU community. We are proud to celebrate this well-deserved achievement!
