Date & Time: Thursday, October 30, 2025 · 6:30 PM–8:30 PM
Venue: Library 3F Teahouse, Duke Kunshan University

Across two unhurried hours, we meet tea—not just as beverage, but as ritual, translation, and memory.
We gather around a Chinese tea sommelier to brew and taste, to attend to aroma, clarity, and the warmth held in the hands. Through readings and conversation, we follow tea’s routes across origin, empire, and the global—exploring how a leaf becomes a world of movement, meaning, and care.
This event brings intercultural exchange together with embodied practice, inviting reflection on how something so ordinary can carry histories, identities, and acts of connection.
