The 2018 DKU Student Vlog Awards Ceremony
While the 2018 Fall Semester is drawing to an end, so is the session one of the pilot Student Experience Documentary Project. The night of December 10 was a celebration of the nine finalists who were chosen to make short documentaries out of their weekly vlogs. It showcased the students’ development of artistic creativity, and growing experience in film-making, and brought the audience back to the past four months. Chancellor Feng Youmei, Executive Vice Chancellor Denis Simon, and Vice Chancellor Gao Haiyan attended the event, and joined the program directors in presenting awards to the finalists. Call for Student Vloggers for the Humanities Research Center
To understand and analyze the experiences of the historic inaugural class of students at Duke Kunshan University the Humanities Research Center (HRC) is launching a pilot project recruiting student fellows to produce regular vlogs on their experience at DKU for the Student Experience Pilot Documentary Project.
