We are excited to invite you to be a part of the HRC Spring Conference 2026, where we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated student helpers to help ensure the success of the event.
Below are the key student helpers roles we need to fill:
- IT Assistance
- Number of Student Helpers Needed: 4
- Responsibilities: Provide technical support in each seminar room by assisting with IT-related issues. Student helpers should be familiar with the IT setup and functionality before the conference begins to offer effective support.
- Registration and Distribution
- Number of Student Helpers Needed: 2
- Responsibilities: Distribute badges, programs, and other conference materials on the first day. Student helpers will need to be present from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM or dinner time to manage this task efficiently.
- Event Documentation
- Number of Student Helpers Needed: 1
- Responsibilities: Write a comprehensive story or summary of the conference, highlighting key moments and activities. Your writing will help document and share the event’s success.
