Matt is a second-year student majoring in Mechanical Engineering and Physics with an Aerospace Certificate. His wish to apply his engineering knowledge meaningfully on a global scale brought him to join DEID in 2013. In the summer of 2014, Matt was on the Brazil team working on the construction of rainwater catchment tanks. Matt is the project co-leader for Honduras 2014-2015 project, which will involve the implementation of a greywater treatment system and the eventual construction of water distribution system in El Pital, Honduras. He serves on the executive board as the co-president.
