On July 3, Professor Mark Anthony Neal appeared in UNC-TV’s Black Issues Forum to discuss race, ethnicity and identity with Dr. Candis Watts Smith of UNC-Chapel Hill, and Samone Oates-Bullock, a public policy graduate student, also at UNC-Chapel-Hill. .
