DISCOVERY
Sanford students Sara Khatami, Carlos Sabatino, Sarah Vanderbilt, and Liz Yadav engaged in a series of interviews and on-site observations to understand the concerns of small business owners.
DESIGN
The group of students designed a 15 minute kick-off meeting, a one page start-up guide, and a process overview webpage to provide low-information customers with more accessible information and support.
DELIVERY
The student team implemented their three-pronged plan through a phased approach.
