For Internship Coordinators

Internship opportunities will be solicited on a rolling basis, with the majority identified in alignment with the academic calendar (fall, spring, summer) and posted for applications in the months preceding the start of a given semester.

Once a student has been matched with an internship opportunity, we will proceed with the onboarding process, which may entail the following (depending on the location of placement):

  • Proof of requisite vaccinations and negative TB test
  • Criminal background check
  • Drug screening
  • Proof of health insurance
  • Signed confidentiality agreement

If you are an internship coordinator at Duke University or one of our partner institutions, please contact Taryn Cavanaugh Faulk at taryn.cavanaugh@duke.edu for information about available internships and access to our application and onboarding portals.

If you are an internship coordinator at a school not currently affiliated with Duke, please email crisp@duke.edu to inquire about the possibility of obtaining the requisite affiliation agreement for your university to create a pipeline of interns between our two schools.
