  • Population: This study is open to all adults.
  • Purpose: We are doing this study to learn more about whether the data from your smartphone and smartwatch can help determine whether or not you have a COVID-19 infection, and how severe the infection is expected to get.

Duke Vaccine and Trials Unit Volunteer Registry

  • Population: Healthy adults and children
  • Purpose: Our Duke Vaccine and Trials Unit Volunteer Registry is a way for people to let our team know that you are interested in learning more about any of our studies that you could be in, including COVID vaccine trials.

Pregnant Women Getting the COVID-19 Vaccine

  • Population: Pregnant women (less than 34 weeks along) who are in general good health
    Purpose: We are doing this study to learn more about the safety and effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccine in pregnant women.  What we learn from this study may help doctors better understand if there is a difference in side effects or health outcomes after getting different COVID-19 vaccines during pregnancy.

  • Population: Healthy children
  • Purpose: We are doing this study to learn more about the safety and effectiveness of the study vaccine in children to help prevent a COVID-19 infection.
