We are continuing the development of a community of faculty  committed to introductory and gateway courses in biology, chemistry, and statistics. The STEM TLC is in collaboration with Duke’s HHMI COMPASS program and Andrea Novicki in the Center for Instructional Technology and Claire Parker Siburt in the Academic Resource Center.

Visit-A-Classroom Program (Spring 2016)

In Spring 2016, the Collaboratory will begin the Visit-A-Classroom program.  Six faculty will participate in the program which will give them the opportunity to observe and discuss teaching strategies used in STEM courses spanning 5 departments (Biology, Chemistry, Statistics, Biochemistry, BME) at Duke.
