Dr. Previll joined the clinical geriatrics faculty after completing a combined internal medicine and geriatrics residency program and fellowship in geriatrics at the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2016. She continues to foster her passion for the interdisciplinary care for older adults and engage learners about geriatrics principles through her practice in the Geriatrics Evaluation and Treatment (GET) clinic, with the Perioperative Optimization of Senior Health (POSH) program, and as an attending on the inpatient geriatrics consultation service at DUH and DRH. Her clinical and educational interests include geriatric depression, delirium prevention, polypharmacy, and care for patients with neurocognitive changes. She has research interests in factors that influence the evolution of community based supports for aging in place and development of models of care for older adults and other vulnerable populations.
