10th Annual Duke MBA Women’s Leadership Conference

The 10th Annual Duke MBA Women’s Leadership Conference will be held Monday, March 30th from 5 to 9:30 PM at the Washington Duke Inn. The event includes a full dinner, beer & wine, panel discussions, and a keynote speech from Karen Quintos, Chief Marketing Officer of Dell.

The aim of this year’s conference is to celebrate the accomplishments of women in business while focusing on building the path forward. Discussion topics for the 10th Annual Conference include the necessity of crafting a trusted group of mentors and advocates to help navigate your career and the importance of taking purposeful risks.

  • Crafting your own Board of Advisors: Establishing relationships with mentors and advocates to help navigate career goals is a necessary component of success. This panel will take a deeper look into what it means to “craft your own board of advisors” and will speak to how incorporating men in the conversation is essential to achieving goals.
  • Taking purposeful risks: Learn how our panelists had the foresight to plan for, and found the courage to take, risks throughout their careers in order to pursue their passions.
