Duke Student Government (DSG), in partnership with the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs and the Office of the Dean of Undergraduate Education, is providing an opportunity for undergraduates to take their professors to lunch (or dinner, but FLINNER didn’t sound as good as FLUNCH!)

FLUNCH allows students to invite faculty to dine with them at the Penn Pavillion, the East Campus Marketplace, the Devil’s Bistro on Central Campus, the Freeman Center (except Fridays) and the Divinity Cafe (Lunch only). The hope is that students will use this opportunity to establish lasting relationships with faculty members they might not have developed in the classroom.

Each student’s allotment of FLUNCH funds will be capped at $100 per semester. As always, each undergraduate student may host no more than 2 FLUNCHes per semester. The FLUNCH program does not cover alcohol purchases.

FLUNCH is not available during the summer but will be back when classes start this fall.

Once approved, please notify the cashier to bill your FLUNCH account.
